'Be still and know that I am God'
Time away in community to discern God's will for the direction of our church - and THE Church
Aimée Bostwick, Senior Advisor for Program Innovation at Kanuga, leads St. Paul’s (and Kanuga Executive VP Jimmy Haden) in song/prayer.
Members of St. Paul’s spent the weekend at Kanuga.
We talked about church - our church and the Church.
We listened and laughed and sang and prayed.
We came home with a sense of God’s presence, God’s calling, and the adventure of moving forward in faith - even though it’s hard, even though we don’t know exactly what that looks like yet (and that’s ok).
Hearts up!

Walk with St. Paul’s as we walk with Jesus.
It’s easier to convey the meaning of the weekend away through images than words. So there’s lots of them this week.
Though Fr. Cathie did preach at Kanuga chapel about the basic ‘formula’ of church:
the Apostles’ teaching
Fellowship
Breaking of Bread
the Prayers

We’re glad you’re here, and we’re already praying for you.
In fact, if you have a prayer request, you can make it right here:
Join us for worship on Sundays at 10:30am: 930 South Main Street Salisbury, NC 28144.
But mostly, just know you belong here - as part of God’s family and this community.
